Although they were in a cellophane packet, they were in a large box together with another item, so a few of them were damaged After all, they are fragile grasses, so perhaps the producer should seriously think about an.other seller

I was looking for bunny tails apart from the normal beige and cream colors and this was spot on for what I wanted for my dining.Removed a star because - I dusted the package before adding it in the vase and the black one left a stain on my white sink when it came in contact with water . So beware of that.

*Update* - Product quality is still the same for my order, however the seller reached out to me and made the situation right. So I increased my rating based on their customer service. It does looks like from picture people have uploaded in their reviews that they do receive an acceptable product.Product is very thin. As soon as I opened the package they were falling apart. Cannot separate them without them breaking and will not stand up with just a few in a vase.

I love these but, they make a mess! Cute but, I wish there was less shedding.

I literally took one look at it & put it back in the package. The stems are all broken or thin. Can’t use for decor.
