These are tasty Vitamin D gummies for those who have trouble swallowing pills, don't get out in the sun much, have a cold, or share a combination of these factors. I work from home and don't get out much, so taking Vitamin D gummies helped me make up for that loss a bit, and helped keep my immune system strong. I also struggle to take pills, so all my vitamins are gummies to compensate for a sensitive gag reflex.

I have been taking this product for over 2 years. I am now 65 and attribute taking these with helping maintain my health. Before I started on a Vitamin D and Multivitamin regiment I was much more susceptible to getting sick. Never really sure if that was all in my head. Recently though I was forced to stop for a period of 10 days. Sure enough I got my first severe cold in close to 2 1/2 years. So I ordered another bottle and am back on track.

The price is great, they are made in the USA, and they are natural and organic!Vitamin D3 is important for everyone, and especially for developing children!Even more than that, there is a strong correlation between lack of Vitamin D3 and developing MS (Multiple Sclerosis). I have MS as his parent, and there is a genetic component that makes my son more likely to get it, so it is very important to me that he has Vit D3.
