My cat has been drinking more water since we got it. It is so easy to clean, no hard water marks, stainless steel looks great too.

My cat is not a water drinker. I have to agree with some posters that it's hard to assemble the first time, but there was a great You Tube video that walked me through it. I use filtered water from my fridge to fill the bowl and I never have had any problem with dirt or hair clogging the filter. I also leave it sitting on my counter because I have arthritis and it's hard for me to bend.I dump the water and refill every other day, and I make sure the pump is attached to the line piece that goes into the bowl and I never have had any issue with difficulty putting it together. My cat drinks from it all the time now because it looks like a bathroom sink to her. I'm more than satisfied with the product.

Works great 4-5 months old.Easy to clean just make sure you don’t shut water inlet door. When wiping down. I replaced filters every month.Cats like it no more knock over water bowl's and spill on the floor.

I have been in the habit of purchasing my replacement filters one at a time, but my source stopped selling so I went searching for a new supplier and what a wonderful surprise to find this seller offering four for nearly the cost of one. These are the exact same filters and fit our fountain perfectly.My only niggle was the packaging was to bundle the four packs all into a bag that allowed the contents to be smushed and slightly folded. The charcoal filtering layer came close to being curled so it wouldn't properly lay flat or might even be broken and not useful.But, all in all, I'm pleased with the purchase and particularly the price.

It took a while to change the filters. Not to easy to do.

Met the expectations

We have tried other water dispensers for our cats. This particular one is just right. The perfect flow of water, the stainless steel stays nice and clean. I like that there’s a little bit of water left in the Reservoir for them. I’ve noticed them drinking much more water now that we have this. Very reasonable replacement cost on the filters as well.
