I am a big fan of this product so I purchased this additional set to give as a gift. Thank goodness I opened it before gift wrapping it. The individual bottles are usually shrink wrapped in plastic then placed in a larger sealed bag. This time only the two smaller ones were sealed. Not sure why but the shampoo and conditioner were not. The conditioner was in a an open non-zip plastic bag, not sure why and the shampoo was loose in the larger bag and leaking from a cap was was not sufficiently tightened before shipping. What. A. Mess. I had to individually hand wash and dry them all and set them in front of a fan for an hour before wrapping them. Merry Christmas.

Tried several products to maintain my VERY expensive hair system, including every single product recommended by two different establishments. Still struggled with snarling, dryness, and dullness, also itchy scalp. Decided to try Remy Moisture Lab system after reading some impressive reviews. Very impressed with the results....especially in regard to dryness! I use the shampoo and conditioner as directed in the shower.....it's important to rinse with cool water as directed....really does make a difference! My system combs out easily and has real shine! I read other review complaints about the serum being too greasy.....well DUH....read the directions...use a SMALL amount and rub it between your palms or fingers and then glide them through the hair....I get great shine and body this way. Living in the Southwest I also love the UV protection....really helps hold my color. Overall great products!

Great product, not overly impressed with the results on my extensions. This may not be the products fault as my extensions have been processed. The set also came with a free travel set that definitely comes in handy. They also replaced a product right away for me. I have only used the product for three weeks so I am going to give it another chance with different extensions. Hopefully the results are better.

The most wonderful thing I have ever used for wigs and extensions. I have tried everything on the market to keep the shine and healthy look with my "hair". Nothing compares to this product. A simple shampoo and conditioner does the trick but if by chance it still looks a little dull just try a little spritz or a drop if the serum and instantly your hair becomes smoother and less "puffy". (girls you know what I am talking about) The flat smoothness is instantly restored. I will never use another product on my "hair". The first product that actually does what it says.

Did not receive all that was promised with the purchase. Free Travel kit was not included and the Refresher leaked all over.

They only delivered three of the four products in the set. Average results for my extensions. Going back to pureology.

The set was missing the shampoo, I should have taken other reviews into consideration, as other shoppers had similar issues. I plan to replace it, hopefully with a full set, as I’ve used this product line before, and the products themselves are great.

Had a reaction to the serum when I used it. Took me a little while to narrow down what was causing my neck to break out with red hives. The shampoo and conditioner were good, no reactions to them.

I have tried every hair product on my human wigs finally this is what I need to make them look and feel like new again. No more matting or tangles. Not greasy at all and it Leaves them soft and silky I can even easily comb through them with a fine tooth comb! I’m amazed.
