Case is not very sturdy, should you use protective covers, may not be compatible with American systems but works great as a tablet with GPS

Don't by this if you want video streaming. Graphics is not good for that. Slow, but works OK other than that. Would work well with speedtalk mobile 3g only service since it only supports 3g. You get what you pay for.

Very slow. finally had to return it. It didn't even last a day with low usage. Definitely would not be able to handle average use without being plugged in all the time.

Garbage useless not interesting flat out boring

perfect for kids and don't have to worry if they break it. IPS screen is easy to view at any angle.

I'm really not sure why some of the reviews are low, if a device is dead or dies after a while, its very normal. Even when you purchase new cars you're never sure if it will work 100% of the time. So, Just Get another one!It also depends on what you purchased it for. I didn't really need it as a phone, and when I did insert my sim card in it, it didn't work. However, that wasn't a great need, If it is a great need, then see if it works for you. If not, send it back. My son used it for movies and I used it for uploading things to sell online. NO Problems! So, again, it really boils down to your major need for the product. (while keeping in mind, its normal for some devices not to readily work, but to be patient until you get one that does). Again this goes for all electronic devices, cars, etc.I would definitely purchase it again!

I JUST WANT A SIMPLE PHONE.

I have to give this a 2 for the following reasons:1. The volume on speaker for calls is absolutely and unbelievably poor. In fact you cannot hear the other person. Plugging in a headset/earbuds works a little better, That is if you can find one that works when you plug it in. It appears that earbuds on this unit are very sensitive.2. My screen broke after a week. The funny thing is that I didn't drop it. I really don't know how it broke but it is broken. You have to handle this unit with very kid gloves. I guess it was designed to use as a desktop device and not a mobile device.3. I never got data to work consistently. Even working with the vendor. I changed the apn many times, confirmed is was on the correct band but still inconsistent. I am convinced it is the phone part on this unit.4. Bluetooth never did work. I could not get any of my bluetooth devices to connect. I have Samsung and Acer tablets to compare with and this phablet is absolute junk. Don't buy it for any amount of money. You are just throwing money out of the window.
