Ended up taping them down so they would work in my classroom.

Easy to use and economical
The carpet spots have worked really well in my classroom, they are easy to use and move around, won't get peeled off while vacuuming.

Not durable, go with something else.
I used these as seat spots for my Kindergarteners. If I had to move the spots, they fell apart and frayed. They did not last a whole year. I would not buy them again.

Keep looking
These stick well to the carpet, but after a month and a half are starting to fray around the edges. Should have paid more for the original....
