Lock-Jaw PRO 2 Barbell Collar - Quick Release Barbell Clamp

These are the best clips I’ve used so far, it’s a little tough to lock and unlock, but once it’s locked in it’s secure. My partner uses them during heavy deadlifts and they never budge. Super durable! The design is sleek and clean looking, something I really look forward to when buying gym equipment/accessories. I really recommend these if you’re looking for personal barbell clips!

So sturdy & they actually clamp around the bar and stay put! Plus the pink is cute & girly. Definitely worth the money. Easy to use, easy to clean what else can you ask for

The media could not be loaded. Rest assured these collars are staying put on the bar and will not budge! Taking them off and putting them back on is VERY smooth and easy to do. You press the button and unlock the collars. They will NOT come off accidentally, I can assure you of that. They are made of a very tough and solid plastic. The the inside of the collars that grip the bar are of a different solid material that will not slide around. One of the best products on the market. I love the red ones! The price is very reasonable considering how well built they are. At the same time they are not exactly cheap. Worth every penny though 🌟

These collars are made with a much more durable heavy resin. They lock tightly and hold the plates very well. Had previous starter pair made of plastic and one broke within a year. These look to be last much longer but time will tell.

I wasn’t sure if I needed the model with the release button but glad I spent the extra for it because it does make it easier to use for someone who has arthritis. Recommended.

I am comparing this to another collar that I bought off Amazon for a third price.First, these are clearly using a much higher quality material. They feel very solid. The iron lab is made of cheap shiny plastic that looks like it would belong on a child’s toy. The Lock Jaw also feels noticeably heavier.On the cheaper collars, the rubber inserts are held in with screws. Whereas, on the lockjaws the inserts are nested inside of the mold. This seems like a much more durable design.The lockjaws also have a very satisfying and clicky spring action. The iron lab collars do not have a very strong click into place in comparison.To be honest though, the iron labs work fine for a third of the price. Functionally, both of these collars do their jobs for bench, deadlifts and squats.

If you're using free weights I can't recommend these enough. My buddy had gotten a set and i used them one time to work out and needed to buy them. infinitely better than the squeeze clips at any gym, and you never have to worry about not having clips to use in the first place. click in super easy and move even less than the standard clips without needed all the effort to get them on the bar.
