Dr. Brown’s Milestones Options+ Sippy Spouts, 2-Pack Narrow, Soft 100% Silicone Baby Bottle Sippy Spout, 6m+

I have a 16 month old boy and this is what I use for him when I give him milk. Some moms are super against bottles after 1 so if that’s you, buy a sippy cup. I really liked these for multiple reasons. One, my child transitioned to these very easily. I was giving him other sippy cups prior to this though. Two, these don’t leak unless your child turns it upside down and bangs it on the floor (which they will probably do anyways). 3 I can continue using the Dr. Browns bottles and my bottle washer. I love these and they work well for what I do. I would highly recommend these especially if you are having a hard time getting your child off the bottle.

My son is learning how to drink water and he's not quiet there yet with sippy cups. I have tried several different sippy cups and he doesn't seem to like them. We were already using the Dr. Brown bottles so we purchased these to help him learn how to drink water. Since they fit onto the bottles we already have my son recognizes his bottles and wants to drink with these. They are also much easier for my son to drink with than traditional sippy cups. For right now they work great and we will try to transition him to sippy cups again when he's a little older. The only problem I have had is with the smaller 4 ounce bottles they sometimes leak but the larger bottles don't seem to have this problem. The small bottle leaks are not enough for me to be bothered by it.

We tried every type of sippy cup on the market! Our little guy just could not figure them out. And straws? Forget about it. Then we finally tried these on his bottles instead of a full on sippy cup but without being a normal bottle nipple, and after a week or so of using them, he finally started to be able to drink from all of his other sippy cups, and not long after that, he mastered straws too. I really attribute that little victory to these! Perfect way to transition from bottles to cups! And they are pretty leak proof but with a good flow.

This is my third order of these, maybe fourth. I love my Dr Brown bottles and was very excited to extend their life a little further with my toddlers. My only bit of feedback is the durability of the nipple. At the age kids are using this, they bite, a lot. No pieces have broke off, which is great! I don’t think it’s a safety issue (or hasn’t been for me) but they do leak after a bit (usually less than a month, with daily use for me).

My baby son has always been using the Dr Brown nipples since he was born. When my son turned 6 months, he was supposed to advance to level 3, but we decided to transition him to a sippy cup instead. However, an actual sippy cup's flow was too quick, so I found this sippy spout as a transition. My son is now 8 months old and is still using it. Initially, he was spilling formula everywhere because the way to suck is very different than the nipple and the flow was maybe too quick still, but he quickly got used it after 2 weeks. Now, he happily drinks from the spout. My favorite part about this spout is that I can keep using my bottles without buying new ones, although we will switch to the actual sippy cup soon.

They are great for transitioning from a nipple to a sippy.

These were a fantastic transition from baby bottle to hard plastic sippy cups. We found the hard plastic to be too slow. We used these for quite a while and kid never complained.

Its does not fit avent sipper bottle.
