I bought it in mid of Jan 23 and it worked properly for a month, Later cam is not accessible in mobile. Tried all troubleshooting activities but did not work, tried contacting support multiple times but they never respond.Gave 2 star because the camera is still working but not visible in mobile.Buy this product if you feel you are lucky, because by chance if you get any issues then donot expect support, If you wont get any issues with the cam then you are lucky it will work fine.

The App that connects the camera device to your phone is crappy/buggy at best. Maybe the problem is with the cam's server. The solar panels won't generate the required power if it is not exposed to direct sunlight. Also the solar panel needs to be cleaned frequently if you plan on harnessing power from solar panel. You need to reset the camera every now and then. It will be very inconvenient to reset if you have installed the device higher some place since the reset button is inside the camera unit and to access one has to remove screws. The mfg. company should have devised an easier alternative. All the PTZ solar cameras are made in China and sellers are using different brand names to sell the same product. In my case the invest has been a waste. To add insult to injury these apnacam guys never answer your calls once the purchase has been made. So, that's after sales service for you. You are on your own to figure out how to troubleshoot!

I purchased this camera for my farmhouse and found that it is good for outdoor use, also I am also very happy with company support; they are very helpful.
