I enjoy using my electric pruner. You just need to keep your fingers out of the way. It has two batteries with it which are rechargeable. So, you have plenty of time to trim your roses, etc. and it takes less time.

I'm a middle aged man, and I was worried this cordless pruner was designed only for grandmas who didn't have the strength to operate arm-powered pruners. I was pleasantly surprised to find this cordless pruner allows me to get the job done two or three times as fast, and is as strong as what I could do with my 36" lopers. Even better is that it can get in to tighter places than my lopers. It comes with a quality case for storage. I've put it through a couple weeks of use and abuse, and the steel still feels as sharp as new, which is better than the cheap steel used in 99% of consumer-grade loppers.Instructions:Double trigger - deactivates child lockHold trigger 5 seconds - toggle jaw opening from full to half open (or back). This helps save time when cutting a lot of small twigs.Things I didn't like:I didn't want to pay for the 2nd battery. One battery already lasts forever, and this tool is not power hungry like a chain saw or anything.The 5 second trigger hold is way too long.Batteries don't click into place like every other cordless tool on earth.

Sorry that I've been a few weeks before reviewing, but I bought this for my wife's birthday and since then we've been on vacation and never used it until last week. Let me tell you that this pruner is everything that a good pruner should be. It works extremely well, and, so far, I've cut branches off trees while trimming them up and it's very easy and quick cutting. The biggest diameter limb that I've cut is approximately 1" and believe me, this thing cut that limb in s split second. Also, I trimmed for a couple of hours and the battery never seemed to go down at all. I recommend anyone to not be afraid of buying this "off brand" item as in my opinion, it's as good or better than any major brand name.

There is not an extra set of blades included. Extending to 13' is only if you are 6'. Rather difficult for a left handed person to always hit the buttons right. Other than those things, it works like a champion. It comes with two strong batteries that will help complete all the trimming you need to do. I appreciate the reaching rather than being on a ladder.

These are great for the money; we have 5 sets that we use for 80 acres of annul hazelnut pruning. We are on year two with no issues after thousands and thousands of cuts. They can cut through branches that are 1/2"+ thick with no problem and can get though larger branches with an extra cut or two.

A very good product. The only low point is the batteries. They were very difficult to insert or take out. I had to file on both and now they can be inserted.or removed much easier.It would also be nice if they only came with one battery. Most people don't use the machine for long periods of timeThis should reduce the price

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift for my mom in November of 2022. It did work at the time when she tested it out. We are in PA so in November there isn’t a lot to prune. When she got it out to use in June of 2023, the battery light was green but the battery didn’t work at all. In fact, it came with an extra battery and neither of them are charging. So, I’m out $120 with no way to return. I purchased this model because of how highly it was reviewed.I will say, when my mom first tested it, it worked great and was just what she needed for her arthritic hands. I just wish it lasted enough for her to actual use it in the season she needed!

These pruners are amazing. They chop through 1-in branches like crazy and never seem to fail. The battery's last long and you can trim an entire tree in one charge. I highly recommend these pruners.
