If you are searching for a quality pre-workout, this is it!! I was ordering the regular nutricost pre-workout until the ingredients changed and it was labeled X for extreme. The nutricost women's pre-workout is 200mg caffeine per scoop, has taurine, has L-theanine in it, and the fruit punch flavor is very tasty. On heavy lift days at the gym, I will take 2 scoops of pre-workout, add in 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, and 3-4 grams of HMB. Highly recommend this product.

I have been working out for about 18 years and using pre workouts for about 11 or 12. In all of that time, I haven't found anything that is quite as good at getting my energy up while not upsetting my stomach. I was looking for something that I could share with my wife, who is very sensitive when it comes to pre workouts. This is the only one she's been able to take consistently without any kind of issues.It has enough caffeine to get the job done but also doesn't make you crash. It is not going to have you bouncing off the walls like some other stuff but it is steady and effective. The flavors are all pretty good but I think that the grape one is best.

It’s a great preworkout that doesn’t give that itchy feeling. I get an awesome boost of energy from it.The flavor is terrible. I’ve had approximately 10 servings so far and i know what to expect flavor wise, but it’s still terrible every time.I’m not sure I’ll order it again, it is a good value for the cost/servings and it really is a good energy boost, but please improve the flavor.

Love this as i have tried many Pre-workout products. The orange peach mango and Grape are my favorite. I was looking for a slight boost from a pre with out the feeling I was buzzing and this hits the mark for me. I use every morning in my water bottle at the gym and I'm a user for life :) love the variety of flavors too! You won't be disappointed and the price is right

I use this almost daily (typically don't take if I'm not working out) and it gives me the boost I need to get through my workout and the rest of the day! The taste is great, much better than a lot of other brands I've tried

Made me nauseous, dizzy, totally felt sick! I felt terrible. I could not do anything, let alone workout, for 2 hours after taking it. Total waste.

I purchased the 30 servings in the flavor fruit punch. This product gets the job done very well. I had energy throughout my entire workouts. I would rate the product itself a 10/10 but the flavor is what brought my rating down a star. I saw another rating about it tasting like vitamins…..that was pretty accurate.
