Purchased last minute to cover a long travel period. Should have gone with plan A which was to build my own solution. will end up gutting these and replacing the internal controller with an esphome or tasmotaThere are two pumps but its a choice of A, B or A & B which is really annoying if you wanted to run two different timings for say smaller and larger plants...The battery is too small and the solar panel too underpowered. Even in Dubai summer, the provided panel does not keep the unit charged and thus it turns off after a couple of days if you have the wifi on.The manual controls are way too complicated so you really need to use the app (and thus have the wifi on)If you are looking to integrate with home automation the information exposed to the tuya dev console is limited to on / off and length of time on.--Update--Reducing to 1 star as one of 2 units doesn't even stay on when connected to a tested working 5.1v supply.Not worth it.

Pros- best in class when it comes to options Vs price.- uses the smart life app ( tuya ).- various powering methods including a built in battery that can power the device anywhere from 3 to 5 days.- also comes with a solar panel that can be used to keep the device charged, else you can plug it to a wall usb micro hassle less operation.- fully loaded kit with dual pumps and all the accessories needed.- best of all, saves you looods of water !!! Beside that the plants looks really green and fresh as they seem to enjoy the short 4 times a day irragtion sessions rather than a whole loads of showers every couple days or once a week.Cons:- although i am a user of smartlife app, however this device applet seems half baked and can be confusing.- although it has a built in screen but it can be even more confusing than the app lol ( till u figure it out ofcourse ).- does not work with google home as stated in the ad, however you can add it to googlehome by making a tap to lunch in smartlife app and then adding to google home through automations.

1 of 2 pumps stopped working after 2 months. Solar panel did not charge sufficiently. No warranty or possibilities to repair by any seller.

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give it a try given it was the only smart device I could find that could do the job, and the product arrived in good condition, the instructions were fairly clear for anyone who is not tech-savvy. I personally use Smartlife app and I was pleased to add this to my other smart devices. Functions perfectly and I like it very much. Requires a small effort to put together the pieces and the length of the tube covered all my outdoor plants. Solar panel is very VERY valuable addition to this set. The overall product feels sturdy and of good quality. I'm stress testing in the UAE heat to see if it survives the harsh outdoors, though I'm positive it shouldn't be an issue.

Bought this product in May 2023 and dirs out in June 2023. Seems like the product does not have a good battery life gets drained very fast! Does not survive even if charged for 3 full days!The functions and programs are pretty shorty and confusing .Reached out to the seller but seems the company didn't even acknowledge the purchase strange!Don't buy this product!!

Sudden losing of wifi connection, battery was not working anymore and had to change it, charging from solar panel but if sun set, seems panel is draining the battery power!!

charging doesn't work after a month of use.. it indicates its charging but it never gets charged. if you take of the plug it doesn't turns on anymore

After checking the reviews, I had doubts on the quality of the product, but when I bought it and connect it to the mobile app, the product worked smoothly and setting up the schedule from the app was very easy. What makes this product special is that you can choose which pump to switch on or you can choose both pumps to work at the same time, while other 2 pumps product works only one at a time.
