Black Hunter Longbow Limbs 30#-Excellent
Ordered and received 30# replacement limbs for my Black Hunter Longbow. Limbs were correct match and fit for the bow. Limbs checked out on scales at 31# which was excellent!

Good enough
This pair of limbs was altered to fit an inexpensive, entry level riser creating a takedown longbow with good riser mass to mitigate hand shock. Installed, they are not as issued since they were narrowed and tillered to fit a riser they were not intended for. But for the use intended they are just fine, and the project worked out nicely. They seem reasonably fast and do have a decent quality wedge along with bamboo core. Two areas needed attention: The limb tips were clunky to me and were re-worked. The finish spots from touch. Other than that, they are doing what I want them to do just fine.

I just got these limbs, I haven't used them yet. the box containing the limbs inside the shipping box was very beat up. The limbs had marks where the screw that would hold them to the riser go. The paint on one limb tip was worn. Other than that they look ok. I will keep them and try them out as soon as I can. I'm hoping that they will be okay. I have pictures but don't like giving access to my phone.
