This little guy really does the job. I had a litter of puppies that needed serum therapy for CHV and bought this as a last shot. It spun everything down perfectly and was surprisingly durable (one time i had it slightly out of balance and it jumped off the counter but still works very well). For the price, J would highly recommend.

Great centrifuge, especially for the price. I use it to spin down PRP for aesthetics procedures. Only issue is the lid won’t shut with 15ml tubes in it, so you have to be careful. 10min at high speed and the PRP is done.

This centrifuge was actually a replacement from one I had purchased previously. I had returned centrifuge #1 because it ran so hot that when I opened the cover to retrieve my tubes I burnt my hand on the bolt on top of the rotating unit. The tubes were so hot I could barely touch them. This centrifuge, centrifuge #2, also ran so hot I could barely touch the tubes. The suction cups on the bottom did their job but left black circles on my countertop that I have yet to be able to remove. The price for this centrifuge, of course, is very low and I've purchased other centrifuges prior priced in this price range and not had a problem. I cannot say if it is this brand of centrifuge or I just happened to receive 2 bad units. The company's customer service was excellent. They were quick to send the replacement and then quick to issue me a refund. I'm disappointed I wasn't able to use the centrifuge as it was attractive and seemed sturdy and well made. The tube holders were thick so I wasn't worried about them breaking, the lid stayed closed while the machine was in use, and it was compact enough that fit perfectly in the back floorboard of my car so that I didn't have to move the seat all the way up. Hopefully other customers had a better experience. I gave this 3 stars due to their great customer service.

It’s a good machine for great price!

The speeds aren't labeled on the knob and one of the tubes inside was cracked and had fallen inside the machine. I attempted to use it and it made a bunch of noise but it worked. Unfortunately, since the speeds aren't marked and the slowdown isn't very gradual, it seemed like the sudden stopping was killing my specimens. I tried to reach out to customer service but its serviced by Amazon which means nobody knows anything about the actual centrifuge itself and my only option was to return it. I tried a few more times to set up slides after spinning but my specimens were just dying from the spin or the sudden stop and I finally just gave up and returned it. If you know how to calculate g force and figure out which speed each line corresponds to, great for you but if you're just a lay person trying to see cool stuff under a microscope then you may want to consider a different model.
