I was worried this inflation pillow wasn't going to be as comfortable as non-inflation pillows, however, it is still really pretty comfortable. An added perk of inflated pillows is that they can be inflated to the firmness level that you prefer. The pillow has very good neck support and keeps you upright without making you look goofy. The pillow is easily inflated with just a couple of breaths and is easily washable by removing the material off the inflation pack from just unzipping it. Deflation just requires pushing on the valve. It's very quiet to inflate and deflate.The included hood, 3D eye mask and earplugs work as expected. I haven't really needed to use the hood, but carry it around just incase I find a really cold plane. The eye mask is really pretty comfortable and blocks light from open airplane shades, I even occasionally use it when not traveling. You don't really feel the mask on your eyes since there are cavities built into the mask. There's other pillows that cover your eyes, but I think eye masks work the best so you can quickly lift it up if someone wakes you. Everything tucks away into the included pillow bag which can be easily placed in a backpack. The eye mask has it's own pocket in the front of the pillow bag. I've used this on short domestic and long international flights and recommend it.

I've tried a few different travel neck pillows and they've all ranged in the 3 star area. Not enough neck support or not very travel friendly due to their weight. But the JefDiee Neck Pillow worked great for me on my cross country flight. I was able to adjust the neck straps "just so" for my narrow neck and enjoyed a great 2 hour nap! The pillow inflates easily with a couple of breaths and decompresses quickly into a "stuff bag" -- making it much lighter and smaller than most other travel pillows. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star review is the velcro neck support straps are not adjustable. People with narrow necks like me might prefer shorter straps. But a couple of twists before attaching the velcro worked great for me!. The pillow is very soft as well! I didn't need the hood or eye masks, but the whole set compacts together very well!

This JefDiee inflatable neck pillow set is an evolved form of the old flat-U shaped inflatable neck pillows I've used in the past. Those were bare-bones and made of vinyl with a thin layer of flocking sprayed on. They inflated, slowly, using those tiny old inflatable-raft style nozzles that you then pushed into the pillow after sealing it.In all facets this pillow has made improvements. The inflator is a wide-mouthed, about 1" in diameter, and auto-seals with a rubber flap. Inflating and deflating are very quick; 3-5 large breaths to inflate and to deflate, open the top, push the flap in with finger, and squeeze out the air. The pillow can be oriented in a number of ways too, unlike the old pillows, in order to find the most comfortable fit for you. I could see it being perhaps a bit too tight if you are a large-necked individual but, statistically I am an average sized male with an average sized neck and the fit was fine. I did find myself most comfortable with it inflated only about 80% of the way. The velour cover is very soft. I did not try removing and washing it yet but the zipper to access it opens and closes fairly easily.The included velour hood is attachable via 2 button snaps and has a spring-loaded plastic cord stopper to adjust and tighten it on your face if you wished. Again, the material is very comfortable.My favorite item in the set, honestly, might be the blindfold. It fits very well on the face and blocks out light without feeling tight in any spots. The strap is wide and has velcro if you need to adjust it but it was great right out of the bag for me. The 2 pairs of earplugs have their own tiny plastic case as well. They look like those corkscrew swimming style earplugs. They are a silicone-type material and easy to put in and remove and they did not give me a muffled, blocked head sensation like the foam ones do. They also really didn't block out much sound, honestly, they just felt as though they reduced everything by a couple decibels. I consider them more of a throw-in item so this isn't enough to impact my review.As a personal bias, I am not certain how often I would use this pillow only due to the fact my ears tend to overheat very quickly and the velour material can cause them to warm up quite a bit. That is one reason I prefer keeping it less than fully inflated. This, however is not a statement about the quality of the JefDiee pillow and so I did not feel it appropriate to dock it a star as others may not have the same ear issues. Lastly, all the items pack up and fit without much issue in the travel bag they provided, which also cinches with a cord that has a spring-loaded stopper.Overall, for the price, especially with the current coupon code, I think it is a great value and if the durability of the product is halfway decent then this is a tremendous buy. I am very happy with it right now.

I bought this for a trip to Israel, so I had a couple of 12 hour flights on which to try this.This is very easy to inflate and deflate. Depending on how you use it, you may not want it fully inflated, though; what I did was to inflate it fully and then put it behind my head and, keeping my finger in the inflation port, deflate it in small increments till I was comfortable, and then capping the port.It's not a typical neck pillow shape. It's more like two capital L's with their corners joined with a small tube. I found this more comfortable than a standard neck pillow, because the back of this one does not push your head away from the seat back on an airplane like a standard pillow does.I did not find it comfortable to use in the way described in their literature. Rather, I put the short legs on top of my shoulders so that the long legs were on the seat back and I then rested my head between them. This kept my head from flopping side to side, and I think I got a couple of decent sleep hours out of the arrangement. There's not much you can do with a minimal recline to keep your head from falling forward, and that was the thing disturbing my sleep while wearing this.The best thing was that I could deflate it and stuff it inside my personal item while not using it. It is about 1/2 to 2/3 the size of a quart Nalgene bottle and weighs very little.

Works better than the common u-shaped pillows because it is a little higher. It is not high enough though to keep my head from lolling too far to the side and front. I use a second traditional pillow below it to make it high enough.It is very easy to inflate!
