Does an excellent job for smash burgers (combine with parchment paper circles for da’ best results) and because of the stainless, is super easy to clean too. I have a cast sir on press by Blackstone for bacon and it isn’t nearly as simple to clean although it is a good item too. I hand wash mine, so absolutely no issues with the wood handle. Nice size, nice weight. A little on the expensive side, but am unaware of anything this heavy/durable for less.

Great for smashing burgers or searing chicken in a pan or flat top. Great quality.

I have two of these now. Great for the griddle. Heavy duty. Much easier clean up than the cast iron pressors they are replacing.

Update: the company promptly sent me a second press that has absolutely no edges! So on top of a great product, they have epite customer service. Highly recommended!The good- The press itself it very sturdy and works gret.The bad- no effort was made to clean up the edges of the press. Each edge is razor sharp and if you don't pay attention you'll wind up with painful cuts on your hand from using it.

Great press. Heavy enough, and easy to clean. Also not too expensive.

Quality product. Good weight and good size. Fits my 12 inch pan perfectly. Highly recommend.

The stainless steel is approximately 1/8” thick.It’s handle is solid wood and matches the high fabrication standards.Aside from the comments on the stainless steel standards which can affect overseas products industry wide, I am very pleased Manucode Stainless Steel Grill Press.
