Everyone told me to try this stuff but I refused because it's so expensive compared to other brands. I finally tried it when nothing else worked, and it was like magic. For one thing, the electrolytes stay in solution, instead of being left as chalky bits in the bottom of the water bottle. It also absorbs quickly. I went from drastically dehydrated to nearly fully hydrated in about an hour after drinking one dose.A couple of minor negatives. There are ostensibly dozens of flavors, but they are all very similar. I bought several to try, and most of the time I couldn't tell you which one I'm drinking. Also, it is VERY sweet. If you're okay with drinking twice the amount of water, you'll likely find it much more pleasant at half strength.

This has been great for picking me up at the end of a long school day. Dissolves very quickly and is not gritty. Tastes great too!

A little costly but enjoyed the flavor

I was never a Liquid IV fan, Costco was giving out samples of this one day and I instantly fell in love with this flavor. It’s amazing! It’s so refreshing and just tastes so good!

I especially like the pineapple. It’s sometimes hard to get. It makes me feel hydrated and I enjoy drinking it.

The flavor is amazing, it tastes like a refreshing pineapple drink.I have tried so many different options of energy drinks but they bother my stomach or make me feel weird, this one does not. You can bring it with you in your purse and just simply add it to your water.I highly recommend it.
