good texture, not overly dry, not too soft or fatty. quite enjoyable jerky.

This is a great travel snack esp for kosher. Really hits the spot on a long flight or in front of the tv at night. The last batch some of the packages were drier than usual but still good.

To be honest I wish I could give this five stars on flavor alone. It's incredibly good, and the nutritional value seems to be excellent too (even accounting for what I'm about to complain about). And buying at this bulk makes the price pretty reasonable; kosher beef jerky is never going to come at Slim Jim prices.However, the first pack I opened - original beef jerky - claims that a single serving (of which there are 2 per bag) contains 30 calories, 1g fat, 1g sugar, and 11g protein.You don't need to do much math to see that this product is claiming to have about 150 percent of its calories coming from protein. In other words, the protein number is just untrue.I went to their website, and found that the labels on the site claim only 5g of protein per serving, which means that that label is at least not claiming anything impossible (taking into account the rounding of calories to significant figures). What I assume happened, hopefully unintentionally, is that the protein number is for the whole bag, while the other numbers are per serving.Anyway, I hope this is being fixed in future manufacturing, because a misleading label is unacceptable, and because this an otherwise excellent product.

In this quarantine times, I am searching for anything Kosher I can find and get delivered for me and family. These beef bars looked interesting: no refrigeration necessary, long shelf life, and good flavors. So I ordered some. Wow! If you are familiar with the Jacks links at the grocery store, or various meat-based jerky sticks you see for sale, well, these are a biiiig cut above. The different flavors are really tasty and good. A varied group of tastes helps when you're stuck inside with limited food opportunities. They are a tad spicy but that's just me as I'm not one for anything above the lowest level of heat when restaurants give you that choice (you know, 1 to 4, up to fire and nuclear).These certainly are good value and a good food to keep around. I am immediately reordring, and sending several packs to family members elsewhere. Call it a survival food, a snack, or an energy food, these beef bars are really enjoyable.

I have began purchasing Aufschnitt Beef Jerky from a local supermarket here in Brooklyn, NY (Glatt Mart). I Instantly became a huge fan. Anyone who knows a thing or two about quality beef jerky will enjoy this immensely.Firstly, all 5 flavors are great. Original is definitely the way to start. My personal favorite is spicy.Secondly, their customer service is great. Top notch people, polite, respectful and Professional. I had a problem with an order one time and contacted them; I spoke with someone by the name of Soloman. He was classy and helped me out with the problem and even added in a few incentives. Amazing company.Thirdly, these things are addicting. Very tasty, and you can see that there is effort put into the type of meat used and the drying process etc....I have no complaints accept the fact that the price can be a little high. But I started purchasing the 24 pack which becomes a reasonable price. Don't forget that this is Gluten free grass fed beef, and it's kosher.I am extremely happy that there is finally a high quality kosher beef jerky product like this. These came quickly and were packaged well. My son immediately had to have the spicy ones and enjoyed them. We gave them out in mishlaoch manot and they were appreciated! Nice size bag too.
