I have always kept my olive oil in a green glass bottle with a dispenser top shoved in the top. It leaked and I had to keep pushing the top back in due to the slipperiness of the oil. Eventually the rubber bottom move the dispenser wore out and I had to search for an alternative. I wasn't sure about this bottle. It's super inexpensive and had some mixed reviews. I am in love with this thing. The top screws on, so no slippage. It is not perfectly non-drip, but is is a vast improvement over my previous dispenser. Drippage is minimal and easily wiped up. Plus I like the clean modern look. Glad I bought it and totally worth the (inexpensive) cost.

The fatal flaw of oil dispenser is that the gasket in the cap does not seal properly. As a result it leaks oil every time I used it. I am uploading three pictures to describe the basic problem.First picture shows the gasket inside the cap is fully oil-slick - a sign of not having adequate sealing.Second and third pictures show how it leaks around the gasket after using the dispenser for cooking.I have tightened enough to make it sure it does not leak, but I was not successful.I bought two dispensers of this brand - one for olive oil and another for avocado oil. Olive oil is comparatively thicker, hence it leaks slowly. But avocado oil is thinner, it leaks profusely.Update: Eventually I contacted the seller for leaking problem. They mentioned that there is supposed to be a white silicone washer inside the dispenser cap, as shown in the fourth picture. But silicone washers are missing both the dispensers I received. They agreed to send me new dispensers, replacing defective twos I received. So I am upgrading my review to four stars for the customer support I received so far.As additional note, it would be great if manufacturer mention about the existence of silicone washer in their product documentation, so that customer can check it upon receiving the product. I haven't received the replaced dispensers yet. But looking at the picture (sent by Flyboo customer support), it looks like a simple washer - prone to falling off. I noticed multiple customers are having same leaking problem. Product documentation would have helped to take corrective action.

I live in an RV, and bought this to replace a cruet that broke. I especially like that it has a cap, and the metal keeps the oil cool and out of the light. I keep a big bottle of EVOO in my fridge, and this stays handy for cooking - it's the perfect size, not too big.

This replaced an oil dispenser I had for about ten years, very similar design, but which broke (the plastic spigot part broke; irreparable)....And the replacement sucks. It does not seal properly around the top. I have to place it on a plate to keep it from spilling all over my cabinet.I plan on replacing this as soon as possible. Do not buy.

We love this dispenser! It looks great on my counter. It holds a lot so I can buy a bigger bottle of oil to fill it! The spout is drip proof so I don't have an oil ring on the counter or in the cabinet.We highly recommend this amazing product!

easy to use and clean, very sturdy, no leaks

It was the perfect size for me. I wanted an olive oil dispenser with a cover to keep bugs and dust out. It turned out to be cheaply made. I returned it because it had clear fluid in it which I think was water. Someone must have tested with water before returning it and was sold as new. I am giving up on trying to find the perfect dispenser. I will make my own by purchasing a quality glass bottle with spout and 3D printing my own cover. Why can’t someone design a dispenser that seals well, have a well placed vent hole, doesn’t allow a drip when your done pouring and have a cover to keep bugs out. Maybe I should do it.

This is a great bottle! I've gone through about 5 -6 different types of oil bottles. Each of previous ones had the rubber stopper type at top. The problem with those are the rubber disintegrates after a while so gets gunky and have to replace. I've tried the full plastic squeeze bottle type, but those tend not to be too good for dripping oil. This one is very good as its solid, easy to pour in oil, spout is very good for controlling pour, stainless steel makes for easy clean, and no drips!

This bottle is great. I've used it a handful of times with no leaks or spilling. It was a little bigger than I had expected, but after a few days its not noticeable and the stainless steel fits well with the kitchen appliances.

Dispenser is good: convenient shape, height and refilling seal and opening size.The only downside is a drop of oil coming out from the spout every time you finish pouring. It's recommended to have a paper napkin handy to dry it out, keeping the outside of the dispenser and the shelf where it's stored clean.
