I can’t say enough great things about this company. It has been a struggle to find a completely grounded bedding solution, but they have a accomplished this. At first, I made a mistake by ordering the single when I needed a queen, but their customer support was very fast in responding to me and we rememedied the situation quickly. Once I got my new queen set, I plugged everything in and actually checked with my own ground tester to see if it actually worked. It did! My ground tester showed up green every time for the duvet, the sleep pad, and the two pillow covers. I have noticed that my sleep has been better since using the bedding. The only thing I would advise anyone on is that the system will require at least 4 grounding outlets. Thankfully I live in an RV and have 4 outlets right next to my bed without anything plugged in. It may work to buy a small surge strip so you can plug these in. Overall, my experience has been great and customer service is A+. The product does ship from Korea, but it didn’t take that long, and my replacement shipment was fairly harmless.
