[Upgrade Black Version] Feels competent and pockets are as advertised.
I own a Galaxy Z Fold 6, use a thick Yeti, and have keys, and this does as advertised-- it 1) holds my water bottle well, 2) holds my cellphone with case perfectly fine inside of the the cellphone-specific pouch, and I can feel the softer fabric for that pocket, and has a second interior pouch for keys or wallet, and 3) has a more "rough" pocket for your keys.I'm pretty impressed, it feels very well weighted and the bottle feels pretty secure.

Good product - least annoying I’ve used.
This works well. I have ran for 25+ years and tried a lot of ways to carry water. This is the best I’ve used. I hesitate to give it 5 stars because all water carriers are a little bit of a pain. I used a standard gator-aid bottle and it held it very well. The bottle set over my right hip and while I knew it was there it stayed pretty stationary with minimal bounce. The other side has a pouch with a zipper. My iPhone X fit easily and I also tested my wife’s iPhone 8+ and it fit. The pocket is a little 3D which is nice if you’ve got a few more thing like gel or keys to carry. Overall construction seems very good - time will tell but I expect it to hold up well. The belt can be cut to make it fit better if you want. I have a 34 inch wast and see no reason to cut the belt. It fastens with Velcro across the entire belt and held very well. A couple other notes. I wore this belt pretty much right at the waistband of my running shorts and with my shirt underneath and it was very comfortable. Sometimes I run without a shirt so I tested it a little lower also to see if it chafed my skin. The belt had to be tightened pretty well but it also worked wearing it a little low. Distance running can be hard enough without an annoying water belt. This one keeps the annoyance to a minimum - recommend this belt.

Strong Honerable Mention, But Could Still Be Better with a Couple of Tweeks...
I'm an avid hiker (frequency, not distance) and have used my excellent Salomon Sensibelt for years now... which is the gold-standard for hydration waist pack/water-bottle-belts as far as I'm concerned. I have a few and lend them to friends and family when they visit. However, for some inexplicable reason, Salomon quite making them a couple of years ago and they are now impossible to find new. Folks are always asking me where to get them... I can only say nowhere, anymore. Out of curiosity, I have tried numerous other hydration/water bottle "belts" and none have even come close for the comfort, ease and quality of design and materials as Salomon... until possibly now. I purchased this PYFK Hydration Waist Pack and have used it a few times now and have to say it is quite good! This pack is very similar in design to the Salomon Sensibelts... the pouch and water-bottle holder are nearly identical. After just a few uses... Pros: The waist strap itself is wide and comfortable and is customizable to size. The zippered "accessory" pouch is about 50 percent larger than the Salomon, which is a good thing. The price is less than half of a Salomon Sensibelt. Cons: The Velcro is nowhere near as strong and robust as Salomon, but appears to be sufficient. I have only tried this belt a few times versus hundreds of times I've used my Salomon. PYFK should try to increase the Velcro strength. There is a loop to put over the water bottle to further retain the bottle if running or aggressively hiking... it's a little too short / tight. I should be an inch or more longer. The Salomon bottle loop works a little better for quickly securing the water bottle after use. I still prefer my Salomon, but I will loan this belt to friends and see if it works well over time. Being that you cannot buy a Salomon anymore, this is the next best thing I think.

Great for long runs
I use it for long runs and it can hold a 32 oz water bottle nicely. Velcro strap is easy to snug up. Pocket holds an iPhone and a cliff bar with ease.

Just As Advertised
Managed to fit my Sony Xperia, ipod, pepper spray and keys easily in the pouch. I use a Contigo 22oz and it sits snugly and doesn't move when I run. The only issue is that the top strap on the water holder gets caught in the groove where the lid meets the water bottle, makes it harder to remove the water bottle because I have to dig the strap out of the groove carefully. Not really a huge problem and not a fault with the belt, more just bad luck that my preferred water bottle just happens to sit in a position where it occurs. Even knowing this issue I would buy this again. It seems well made with strong seams and the padding on the waist band is such a comfort. I haven't been using it long enough to speak to confidently about long term durability or cleaning, if I have any issues I will update.UPDATE: Have been using this a full year now and some of the reflective section has started to come off, I'm really hoping it's just a small cosmetic problem and doesn't continue and ruin the integrity of the water holder section as a whole. I have been using it for both running and biking and the bottom line is that I will never find another belt that is so comfortable. The padded waist band is second to none. Also I know that this is adjustable and can be cut, I have a small waist and found that there is a sweet spot above my hips that makes this belt undetectable (literally, I came home from a run one night, took out my water bottle, proceeded to tidy my kitchen, take out trash & recycling, sweep and mop floors, had it on the whole time and didn't realize for well over an hour that I forgot to take it off). My point is that I know there is a how to for cutting but I didn't and there is no extra part of the belt that hangs in excess, it doubles over the velcro to the exact end for me, I never had to cut it and that was an initial concern for me prior to purchase, I was worried about something that would be small enough to fit securely around my waist and this does with no problem or customization.

Pretty good
I’ve run with this a few times… the one zippered pocket is big enough to fit my iPhone 15 pro in an otter box case, but not much else. The pouch for the water bottle is rigid, so any bottle I put in it bounces around, which is why I’m not carrying water in it and why I’m looking for a different belt. The Velcro seems good so far, stays on me when I run…

Practical
Fit my water bottle perfectly and Samsung S23 ultra has plenty of space. I can even put my keys and sunglasses in it. I recommend 👌.

Práctico
El único inconveniente que le veo es que la bolsa es muy pequeña solo cabe el celular, pero no las bolsitas de gel ni kleneenex.

Positive reviews are true, great product
I bought this based on the positive reviews and glad I did. I’m 5’1, 125 lbs and didn’t want a bulky pack to carry one water bottle, phone and keys. No problem fitting a 24oz insulated water bottle and my iPhone 13 with carry case, my car/house key and credit card. I cut the belt to suit and it’s perfect. Good quality and nice pink colour. Would recommend!
