I have to reorder these caps to get the full effect. I can tell you I have lost a little belly because clothes are loser and some that I could not wear before taking these pills, I can now wear. No change in diet or exercise.

This would be the best berberine available in my opinion. My dietician recorded this particular one and I must say that results were noticeable in a couple of weeks! Not the cheapest but definitely the best.

I love this berberine, unlike most berberines on the market, this berberine is added with silymarin, which helps greatly improve absorption. It did lower my blood sugar and I also lost weight.Worth five stars!
