The best
These are the best snippers I have ever used. I use them to cut metal dies apart. And I use them for charm/jewelry. The tiny pointed end gets in and does a close clean cut on the dies. No rough edges left. I have used them a lot, and they are still smooth, with no rough edges from use.

Cut well and can get into tiny places
I use these to cut apart metal dies for card making, but you could use them for cutting any metal including in jewelry making. I like that I can get into small spots and get the sharp pieces of metal off that would normally cut my fingers. I find they stayed sharp and are good for many uses. Highly recommend them.

Very disappointed
This is the 2nd pair of these Hero Arts die snippers I've purchased and both pair have broken the same way. I only use them as intended, to snip dies apart. This last pair was purchesed in April, its now August so they only lasted 5 months. I would expect better quality from a company like Hero Arts.

Okay
I needed snips to cut my dies apart for card making. I used them once and already have divots in the blade. They did the job but I can see these will need replaced with much more use.

Good for cutting apart joined metal dies.
Because of my arthritic hand and fingers, I had a difficult time cutting apart the individual dies. It depended on how I was positioning the blades as to snipping easily. Someone with normal hands and more strength will be able to use this item easily.

Quality!
All handle with sharpness that's not for children. Adults be careful with these cause the tip looks wicked sharp. Have not needed to use these yet. Just replacing my old other brand ones. Storage of these is tricky. Will update if snipping not up to standard.

Much needed tool.
I make a lot of cards and use die cuts to decorate them. The dies come connected most of the time. When you separate them by hand there is usually nubs of metal left. This shows in the cut. This tool is small enough to cut off the individual dies and leaves the nubs.

Perfect size for snipping apart dies
I like the size of the tips of the snippet. They are thin enough to get in and cut apart dies. Handles are comfortable. Price is pretty good for the quality.
