I read the whole book in an hour!! The writing is large with lots of large space between each line! What useful things there are could be written in a small pamphlet of a few pages in normal writing. I paid 7 pounds, I think the true value is around 2 pounds! The small amount of information is useful but you shouldn't have to pay 7 pounds for it

This book is not good. A bunch of spelling and grammar errors. Not well written and extremely basic. It will probably take about 30 minutes to casually read. You could find the same information by reading a couple of articles online. I'm disappointed I spent $10 on this.
