Although these tablets are massive I like that they’re easy to snap in half to swallow more easily. I don’t know if they’re good for people exercising, as I got these to reduce my POTS symptoms. High salt increases my blood pressure to healthy levels and these tablets have a good range of different salts with few other ingredients. They recommend 2 tablets a day and they’re vegan friendly. And are uk certified. And they were on offer when I bought them. So all good news. They should probably warn you that electrolytes shouldn’t be taken by people with high blood pressure. And drink loads of water with them.

Für mich sind das die perfekten Elektrolyt-Tabletten. Ich mache ab und zu Intermittent Fasting und brauche an solchen Tagen einfach etwas Unterstützung. Was ich an diesen Tabletten feiere: Sie setzen nicht so schnell ein wie Pulver, sondern zersetzen sich im Magen nach und nach. Dadurch fühlt es sich für mich deutlich angenehmer und gleichmäßiger an. Im Vergleich zu Pulver ist das für mich einfach praktischer – kein Anmischen, kein schneller „Kick“, der kurz danach wieder weg ist. Die Tabletten sind leicht zu schlucken und liegen gut im Magen. Fazit: Für mein Intermittent Fasting genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Praktisch, angenehm und für mich deutlich besser als Pulver.

Helfen sehr gut, aber zu große Tabletten ! Jedoch könnte man sie auch teilen, aber dann lassen sie sich gar nicht gut schlucken, weil sie eckig sind an einer Seite.
