Helps My Bpd
Helps my BPD and chronic illness. I can remember more. I have less emotional issues and less anxiety. I have greater cognitive empathy and I feel less pain. I have more energy. I have better task management. I also feel more like myself. Would recommend this to anyone struggling with adhd, narcissism, autism,bpd or even sociopathy.
