2 before a workout

Good product

I decided to try Six Star Creatine for my weight lifting work out routine. The results are in and I was not disappointed. Within two weeks, I found myself lifting heavier, and my endurance was amazing. I feel good and stronger. On work out days, the serving size is 3 horse pills in the morning, and 3 more horse pills after working out, LOL. I think capsules would be better. So far no issues with taste or smell. I do recommend only if you are serious about working out and being fit.

It tastes really good. Super useful for my workout

I bought these to take with me on work trips so I could still take creatine without having to transport white powder across borders. The pill size is quite large for a 1-gram serving but that isn't a big deal. The thing I don't like is how weird and frankly gross these smell. Other creatine products I have had have no smell so I don't really understand this.
