KRUPS Automatic Coffee Machine 1.8 L 15 bar, Cappuccino Plus Nozzle, Black

I ordered this coffee machine as a brand-new product, but it arrived with scratches and even small coffee beans inside, which clearly indicates it was used before. I had waited more than a week for this machine, intending to give it as a gift, but in this condition, it completely ruined the surprise. Now, I’m concerned that if I reorder, I might receive the same item or another defective one. Very disappointed with this experience.

Followed all the set up instructions to the letter (having been caught out before) but it didn't work. V disappointed as have had Krups before and was very good. Not going to risk it again though!

There was no brewing from the machine

Firstly, this machine makes great coffee. Build quality is good and it looks the part on a shiny granite worktop - I would have to say that value for money probably cannot be bettered. My one criticism (not enough to dip below 5 stars) is that the instructions supplied with the machine are pretty rubbish, there is also little info on the Krups website. I emailed Krups who then mailed me back a comprehensive manual and the even posted me a hard copy - go Krups! But why on earth didn't you put that with the machine in the first place! Final tip from me is, that when you lose the little wire frother nozzel cleaner (which you will and they are expensive, you have to buy a new nozzel as well), I found that the wire from a bottle of Rioja works perfectly!

Habe die Krupps Kaffeemaschine jetzt rund ein halbes Jahr und bin nach wie vor begeistert. Der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut und kommt heiß runter. Mit den Dichtungen hatt ich bisher keine Probleme. Der Ausschlaggebende Punkt für den Kauf dieser Maschine war, dass sie trotz schwerer Sehbeeinträchtigung leicht bedienbar sein soll. Touchpads wie bei anderen Maschinen sind für Menschen die schlecht sehen unpraktikabel. Diese hier hat wenige Tasten die gut ertastbar sind. Einschalten links Kaffee runterlassen rechts. Mehr brauchts auch nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen

I've had a krups for years, always loved the design, coffee was good. Sadly quality has dropped. Machine leaked from the bottom each time I used it. Gave up and sent back.

Ekspres spełnił moje oczekiwania. Wymienił leciwy Saeco Poemia. Na pewno przygotowanie kawy teraz jest dużo wygodniejsze. Uzupełnianie wody bezproblemowe. Wrzucanie fusów nieco często (co 6-7 kawa?). Pojemnik na fusy jest w połowie pusty a ekspres sygnalizuje konieczność opróżnienia. Ale to już detale. Kawa dobra, mocna, utrzymująca się crema, wyraźna w smaku. Espresso na duży plus. Pierwsze 5 filiżanek miałem wrażenie, że były nieco słabsze obecnie jest już ok. Przygotowanie kilku szybkich filiżanek kawy pod rząd nie stanowi żadnego problemu. Kawa za każdym razem identycznej jakości, odpowiednio gorąca itd. Na pewno udany zakup. Nie żałuje i polecam
