I was hesitant to order this cheap attachment but it turns out its a very nice tool. I think some people expect to use only one thing to clean their pool. The reality is you need several types of vacuum heads, each with a different purpose. Its kind of like different attachments for your home vacuum. This one is great for small jobs and reaching corners. I like that its not weighted and for the price, its something you could throw away after the swimming season is over. It attached very easily to a standard pole. I also liked the little "wheels" because it slides very nicely along the bottom. My pool is a pebble tek type finish. We had a monsoon storm last night and this thing was great as a brush as well. If you have major debris, you probably want one of the garden hose attachment nets with a giant capacity. Again, this little vacuum head is perfect for its small tasks. So, I've added this to my other 4 vacuum heads... one big and weighted, one looks like a standard brush, another is a weighted triangle shape and then the big leaf gulper with garden hose. I also have 3 different styles of net and different sized poles. My pool is about 25,000 gallons and I do all of my own cleaning unless I'm on vacation.

Brush works great and has good suction. It’s weighted perfectly to sink and not have to hold it down but not too heavy. It has brushes all the way around the 3 edges to scrub the floors and walls yet prevent the plastic from scraping the liner even tho the plastic is fairly smooth. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the brushes are already wearing out after just a few months of use and the unit will need to be replaced soon. At most this is good for one summer it seems.

Bought to replace my old vacuum head whose brushes were wearing away. I used it for the first time today and it worked perfectly. It picked up everything on the first pass, and I was able to see what I was vacuuming over with the clear head. I would definitely buy again.

We begin to notice that our old vacuum wasn't do a very good job of sucking out the gunk from our pool. The brushes had started coming off and the white rubber bumper actually came off in the pool. Upon closer inspection, I realized the plastic was cracked right at the vacuum. This one had clearly seen better days. So I went on Amazon to see if I could find the exact model. I like the triangle shape making it easier to maneuver the corners of the pool which are slanted. This model had even more little brushes mounted than the old one and I figured that just meant more and quicker vacuuming. When we received it (which was quick) it was easy to assemble and put on the pole. And the difference was immediately noticeable. I hope they keep making this model, because as long as we have an in-ground pool, this is the vacuum head I want to use.

So I received the product yesterday and open it this morning so I can Vacuum my pool and as I was vacuuming I noticed that a corner of it was broken off. And after I was done vacuuming, the pool out, which worked OK, even though it was broken, I went to pick it up and dry it off I noticed that there was water trapped inside both weight compartments. I shook it l And dried it off and no water would come out But over on despite me having to return it, it worked OK! And as from moon maneuverability, it was easy to maneuver around the pool, but if it wasn’t for the Epping defective and broken, I would say its a little overpriced but overall easy to use and good suction and the weight defective

After the fires in NorCal 2020 and new home construction upwind of us, our pool was full of dirt and debris that our polaris pool cleaner would just move around, same as the pool brush. I used a wheeled vacuum that just couldn't pull the dust like dirt from the walls of our pebble sheen pool. This brush was a bit hard to use on the sides, significant pressure was needed to keep it flat against the wall but it DID clear out all of the dust I have spent 3 months trying to rid the pool of. I was worried about some of the reviews stating the attachment point would break but I leaned on it pretty hard and it held up fine. For use on the bottom of the pool, I found it was easier to sweep the far side of the pool then swap sides. it was just too hard to move while pushing nearly straight down. I would definitely buy it again, I think I paid around $20 and it was money well spent.

Broke just after a year. 2 months after warranty ran out. They would not replace it. Just said sorry and moved on. For that reason alone, I would never buy from this vendor. Cheap plastic parts with compromised joints. Will never last. AVOID!

Cons: * Shipping time was considerable (~2 weeks) * Packaging is just a plastic bag. Item arrived with a small nick in the vinyl hem (visible as black mark in second photo). * Again, due to packaging, bristles were frayed / bent (after spending time reconditioning, you can still see the poor bristle quality in the second photo) * Didn't have that "great quality" feeling some of the other reviewers are claiming * It's not immediately noticeable, but there are dead zone gaps between the rows * On first usage, bristles bent forward, and brush head made full contact with liner, creating a suction lock which had us race to shut off the pump before it blew * Reconditioned bristles, tried again - same thing. This time suction lock caused $40 aluminum pole to bend, so this actually cost me extra to replace pole (Amazon.ca stocks some good ones) * Fed up with this nightmare disaster, returned it Pros * Vendor stands behind product, accepted return and refunded brush * Looks sharp I know this style of brush is very common and it really comes down to manufacturer quality as they are all clones. My key issues with this one: poor packaging; soft bristles (not firm); bristles bend flat under slightest pushing pressure; cleaning gap; suction lock; not robust, very lightweight for a pool bottom sweeper; questionable quality. However, I give it 3 stars, because the vendor stood behind the product and took it back; and because I read so many 5 star reviews of this brush that I'm willing to accept I got the 1 in 100 lemon.

Compared to most traditional vacuums this one lasts longer. The bristles are still new after a full season and you can even just change the old bristles if necessary. Not like most vacuums when the bristles are done you need to make a whole new purchase. Definitely a great buy.
