I bought these magnesium gummies for my 7 year old son, who has autism, to use alongside magnesium cream (applied to his feet at bedtime) and a sprinkle of Moringa powder in his drinks.While I can’t say for certain whether it’s the gummies, the other supplements, or a combination of everything, we started the gummies first and the changes have been amazing.He is noticeably calmer overall. Sleeping much better and generally just happier.Before, he was terrified of getting water on his face, would only bathe (refusing showers), and hair washing was a huge source of anxiety.Since starting these gummies a few weeks ago, he made the decision to try showering and now I can’t get him out of the shower!He’s even letting water run down his face and into his ears without a meltdown, which is incredible progress for him.It could be a coincidence or a mix of the products, but something is definitely helping to ease his anxiety, and I truly believe these gummies have played a part. Highly recommend trying them if like me your desperate to help ease your child’s symptoms, they are super tasty too, I’ve pinched a couple now haha :)

Absolutely amazing product!I originally got this for my kids, who both have ASD and ADHD, and it’s been a total game-changer. It helps them calm down before bed and they wake up in a much better mood. Honestly, I’ve even used it myself on days when I’m too tired to take my adult supplements—and it works just as well! Purchased these for my 12 year old, to help with sleep and anxiety. They are okay, does seem to relax her in way where she is not as agitated when bed time comes, they taste nice, overall it was a good buy.

My son takes these for tics - these are the only ones we've tried (of many) that he actually likes (although he used to force himself to take the other brands) - and they are at a reasonable price too. They seem to help the same as the others so I'm happy.

We've been using these for months now. We dont use them for sleep, we use them on a morning to help with my 9 year old daughters emotional meltdowns and general anxiety about everything. My daughter can get really angry and frustrated at the smallest thing. Since taking these gummies these episodes have reduced massively. On the days where she is extra emotional I normally realise she didnt have one in the morning. For us they've been amazing, my 11 year old takes one too and I have noticed she is falling asleep a bit earlier than usual, but for sleep we haven't noticed a huge difference. But for emotional regulation its been fantastic.

Gave it a try. I was so excited to get them in as I had read up on these and an adhd Facebook page I’m on people highly recommend these gummies, I was unsure after reading the reviews on here but I gave them a go and they are absolutely not working for us :(I wish I could get my money back. The amount of energy he gets from these is insane. I forgot to give him it yesterday and he had a great day. Since taking them a week ago we had noticed at night he had higher energy levels and the only thing that’s changed is adding the gummies to his diet I gave it a week tonight was enough, he loves them but I can’t go through that again so they’re gone. It obviously works for some people and that’s great it didn’t for us.
