Love the phone beautiful quality of sound had difficulty in setting up once set up perfect

The phone is ok , but supposed to be a "as good as new " , the price paid was a small amount below a new price item . Wish I had spent the little amount more as this purchase is not as good as I expected .Will not be tempted to buy from an outside supplier again as without the Amazon safety net of being able to return , it is not worth the gamble .

Loud but volume buttons are on the side of the phone and where your hand holds the phone, so need to check constantly the volume is not off. The menus for some of the settings have the option to change as the first on the list. I would have put this as the last option incase you change something you didn't intend to, most confusing.

These were the views of my mother for whom I bought this for as one of her 90th birthday presents. It must be good and simple to use as she has never even had a mobile phone before so this was her first foray into the world of mobile communication.She loves it and has used it on a few occasions now. She is particularly likes the dedicated M1 and M2 memory buttons which I programmed the numbers in for her. She loves the simple operation of the phone, open to call and close to end a call which is a great feature of the clam shell styling. Charging the phone is also a breeze with the provided cradle, hassle free and easy insertion to charge ensure the phone is always ready to go.My mum is hard of hearing, has osteoarthritis (making holding items very hard to do - shaking hands) and has never owned a mobile before this phone. So the feedback shows how good the phone is, plus as my mum's carer, it gives me peace of mind that she is able to use it so easily and also that it comes with the special dedicated SOS button integrated gives extra assurance.The fact she is so taken by it has meant this has proved to be a great purchase 👍

Not actually used this phone yet as plug on charger unsuitable for the uk. Had to buy an adapter which I’ve just ordered

A compact, easy to use, see and hear phone (especially compared with 'smart' phones). A hint of retro to it and loved the flip lid. It also takes two sim cards so could be great for travelling abroad or finding the best signal in poor signal areas.The first phone I received had a software issue and would 'forget' the numbers stored in the quick ‘dial’ buttons when switched off (but retains them in the phone’s main memory).Returned via Amazon's excellent return/refund system.As I did like the phone and was struggling to find a simple phone for an elderly relative, I contacted Geemarc customer service to inform them of the problem who responded well, said they would check all stock and after a software update, have sent me a replacement phone to try. I'm pleased to say this one is retains the 'M' numbers and works well.If you want predominately a phone to use as a phone, or if the user has any hearing, sight or cognitive issues, it is well worth considering.I initially gave this phone just one star and am now happy to give it 5 stars, helped by knowing Geemarc actually has a friendly customer service department that responds, sorts and follows up.
