Fits the ankle well. Easy to put on and stays in place with the velcro fastening.

Not only is this product really good value for money, it is also well-designed and the fabric is lovely and soft, easy to wear over healing surgery scars. And the ice-bag comes with a special bag to put it into when you put it in the freezer so your food isn't contaminated in any way. The only thing it doesn't do is ice the outer back part of the ankle - but I find I can wriggle the thing round so it does, when I'm sitting down. Otherwise its really comfy to wear when walking about.

This item has in its description that it can be used for achilles tendon injuries, which I have.I ask;How?The gel pack holder is situated on the front to apply to the top of the foot.Oh, I can adapt it and use it not as it is intended, but surely the description is wrong?If the manufacturer agrees the descriptor is wrong, then change it!I will not return the item, as I am sure to need it for its intended purpose with my glass ankles.

I had a pretty serious ankle injury and this product was a great way to ice my ankle, which is a tricky area to keep something secure. The ability to freeze the inserts and then put them into the wrap made the process easy and the wrap is a good balance of supportive and flexible. The ice packs stay cold for a decent amount of time. I did wear a sock underneath.

This is great , really does help with pain and is easy to wear .I can move it around my foot to relieve ; top side and soul of foot .Don’t leave in freezer too long ; if the gell is too big it is harder to fit into sleeve .

Not bad does the job

There was so much choice but really pleased I bought I bought Hilph one. It’s easy to use. Well made. And very effective. Perfect having two gel inserts so that one can always be in the freezer.
