Top Quality for Calls/Video calls. Excellent clarity. Some mixed issues on other aspects as noted...
I love this speaker. It is so solid, I have purchase it for both the office and home (although you can easily move it.) Sounds quality for voice is a 10/10. Best I have heard. Even comparing to larger office professional speakers, this one picks up voice and sounds great and you can hear how good or bad everyone else's computer mics are (Macs are great, some PCs are terrible, BTW.) I probably really want to give the product 4.4 stars--DUE TO THESE TECHNICAL ISSUES-- (Not everyone will have these issues) But, the main complaint I have here is that the buttons light up differently depending on whether you are on Teams, Zoom, Google meet, etc. REALLY inconsistent. So inconsistent that I really don't use the Bluetooth--I ONLY connect with a cable. It works great wirelessly with a phone, but when you switch from Zoom to Google meet or Teams--it often just does not connect. You have to manually reset things. BIG ISSUE #2 - the sleek design is such that buttons only light up when you need them. But sometimes the mute button does not light up and you cannot see it. I literally used a silver Sharpie to highlight the Mute and On button. They did not need to make these black with no label unless the light is on. When you switch between Teams and Zoom as I do 15 times a day, often the mute button on the device just does not work--mostly on teams. SO, the mute light on the Jabra is on -- making you THINK you are muted -- but you look on Teams and you are NOT muted. That is a risk and problem. It works better connected than wireless, just be careful about making sure you have got your video or audio tools fully set to the Jabra 710. Even when I am set up properly, odd things happen where I cannot hear or the mute is not working. But in the 90% of the time everything works right--JABRA 710 is great. I am happy to talk to the design team at Jabra as I can explain these issues more clearly--but they are real tech issues--not "user error." AND for heaven's sake, on the next one (Jabra 810, 910?) -- PLEASE make the buttons visible at all times. The sleek design is a classic result of "form over function" and that's bad. LAST COMPLAINT - I have a lot of bluetooth speakers for music, various Amazon, Bose, etc. The Jabra is very flat for music and not good. Even with two speakers, I still don't recommend it. It's for voices, not music. But again, it's the best mainstream voice call/video speaker out there---so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, despite my tech issues.

Always works
We got these for multiple conference rooms in our office so we wouldn't have cords running from the TV to the desk. The desks have power, so we leave them plugged in and they always work. Never have any connections issues and sound quality is great. We use the supplied USB receiver, but I tried one with Bluetooth and it worked fine. I feel these are well worth the cost for the ease of use and quality you get.

Works great for home office
I've had this for a few months now, and I'm super happy with it.I use it for both Zoom and phone calls, and both with my Macbook and phone, and it works seamlessly for both. A lot of Bluetooth devices suck, but this happily and quickly connects to my phone with no problems. The battery life is good, too. I think you could a day or more of active use out of it.I've never had anybody have trouble understanding me and calls and voices sound good. You can use it as a generic speaker and it works well for things like podcasts. Music is fine although not stellar, but it's not exactly designed for that.

Just what the doctor ordered. No need to spend hundreds or more on pricey conference phones!
It just... WORKS! Whether tethered via USB of connected over Bluetooth, this diminutive dynamo of a speakerphone truly delivers the goods. It sounds as though the online participants are right there in the room with you. Sound is loud and warm, and doesn't suffer from the "tinny" sound that most small speakerphones normally sound like. We use this in a small 12-person conference setting, and it picks up everyone very well, as long as you speak clearly. We use it almost exclusively with Skype where all of the online participants -- in addition to the 12 or so local in-room participants -- can easily hear everyone's comments, and we can clearly hear the online speakers as though they're right there in the room with us.NO special settings or drivers were needed. Just connect it via USB or Bluetooth to your laptop (or, I would imagine, any iPhone, iPad, or other device with BT capability), start-up Skype (or your phone or other VoIP app) and select the Jabra 710 as your preferred microphone and speaker for the call(s) -- and it works PERFECTLY!

Wow! I use this all the time and it works great!
Pros: Great sound quality. Wireless is awesome. Mic works wonders even in large rooms. Bluetooth, wireless dongle or wired connection - the flexibility rocks! I use this for conference calls all the time and a fully charged battery lasts a fairly long time (I haven't had time to measure it).Cons: The dongle driver does not over ride the bluetooth connection which has lead to it being paired both wireless and dongle which really does not work (minor but annoying when I forget which way I have paired it as my computer does not do well with this when I have more than 3 bluetooth devices hooked up), the other issue is that it seems really slow to charge up

Amazing Purchase
I can't rave enough about this device. Incredible for impromptu meetings where a dedicated speaker phone isn't present. I use it at home exclusively for conference calls for work. People have no idea I'm on it. They all think I'm on a high quality headset the sound is so good. Works well as a speaker also. I had an all day testing effort the other day and we used it all day to listen to music without exhausting the batter. Links to computer Bluetooth or USB with no issues. Same with my phone. Reception distance is outstanding. We were testing in a surgery center. I was frequently 2 or 3 operating rooms away behind multiple doors and it was still playing music in the PACU.Every time I pull it out at a meeting people are commenting they are going to purchase one.
