Q: Can the 1/4” quick connect section of the valve be removed from the main body of the unit, or is it integrated?

It's integrated and cannot be removed. If you don't need the 1/4" outlet portion of the valve, you can cap it off. Hope this helps.

Q: There are two places on the amazon page that list "thread type" as "ght". ght = garden hose type. shouldn't this be npt (national pipe thread)?

Is there a shut off valve attached to it so I can shut the water off?

Q: Does this include the small piece of 1/4" OD as well as the 1/4-3/8 adapter?
