Great coffee taste.. beats other coffees by a mile !

Wow! The double pack I received from this seller were extremely FRESH!!!!! I seen the oil glistening on the beans but because I have not been grinding my own beans for too long, I had no clue that the freshest coffee beans had a shine to them like these did.I did not know Peet's/Major Dickison coffee could taste any better than it already does until I got this double pack delivered, and the beans were shiny. The taste was even better!!!!By the time we were about halfway through the 2nd bag, the beans had lost their shine and although it was still great coffee, it affected the taste.I came back to this seller to order more, unfortunately, they were out of stock so I found some that said Sold by Amazon, but the beans were dull with no shine on them at all.. The coffee was still delicious but there was a big difference in the taste and small.I always assumed all the bags of coffee came from the same warehouse, same pallet, as the ones Amazon sells, even tho Amazon was not the seller of this double pack. Maybe they do and I just got lucky and got a fresh pack? I don't know but I am about to order more from this seller and keep my fingers crossed that I get some beans that are shiny/fresh.

I love being able to get my favorite coffee for almost 1/2 the price of going into Peet's.Delivery is well packaged and on time.

Buying Peet’s in the large bags from Amazon saves quite a bit on the price per pound versus supermarkets, unless it’s on sale at stores. And sometimes it’s not easy to find whole bean Peet’s on supermarket shelves. Overall, more convenient and delivery almost as fast as driving to the supermarket.

Just received 4 lbs. of the whole beans. It was just roasted and will be fresh until the fall.Good stuff and the very best coffee that cannot be beat!Love Major Dickason's Blend made by Peet's Coffee located in Emeryville, California! YUM.

However the vacuum pack was fortunately still holding out air, so I can get over it.

OK, so maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but this coffee is so flavorful that it's hard to resist. I have a variety of coffee pods for my Keurig, but these beans, freshly ground in my Gaggia espresso maker produces a such a strong, rich cup of coffee that it gets all the kudos. If you love a deep, dark roast coffee, you cannot beat Peet's Major Dickason's Blend.
