Last week my husband fell ill, but I took the full dose of these with high dose vitamin C for three days and just had a very slight sore throat, which lasted less than a day. Hubby is not into vitamins, but I swear by these. They are a really natural product made from lovely Bees, no nasty stuff. I strongly recommend taking these in winter, particularly if you work in a office with air conditioned recycled air, travel on lots of planes or have young children, as being ill and looking after little ones is awful! Helped clear up Conjunctivitis in my right eye and, I believe, stopped the infection spreading to my left eye. Also used Aguatonicum, Bilberry and Mallow Eye Drops (Erba Vita). Eye started to improve and pain lessen within 48 hours..

I was satisfied with the product, but since I was still a bit sickly after months of health problems, I decided to try the Max Strength version of this. The difference was obvious. Still, I'd recommend this to everyone with average needs / everyone whose immune system is not totally wrecked. Otherwise, try the stronger version.
