I’ve bought Benicin a few times now and it’s very helpful when I start feeling a cold coming up. After I take them for a few days I feel completely back to normal after a 2 days. I also take it with me when I travel (I travel a lot) and take them consistently throughout to make sure I don’t catch anything while I’m out of town. So far so good!

I have taken this supplement for over a month now with no undesirable side effects, but I have not noticed any positive effects either. Overall, this is an interesting supplement that may be worth trying if you are trying to achieve a certain health benefit, such as lowering blood sugar or cholesterol. Because it is so expensive, you should get a blood test before and after to see if it is working for you.
