The Henbor 760 is a precisely manufactured 3.74" (94.5mm) scissor made specifically for nose hair, but designed with a cutting edge that is extremely finely serrated (you cannot see with naked eye) to help maintain coarser beard/mustache hair for a longer time before losing its cutting efficiency; you can expect this particular model to sustain sharpness for many years of daily use. The steel here was given a Teflon coating on all surfaces before grinding the final cutting edge, including Teflon upon the inner blade planes after their hollow grind axis was applied. The Teflon gives unique texture to the rings, a distinct action to the motion, and the signature blackened look. Teflon coatings also help prevent allergic reactions to the nickel present in all quality carbon steel and increase resistance to oxidation (these are professional carbon steel scissors, however, so Teflon or otherwise you should keep dry during use and clean and lightly oil between use for a lifetime of service). Italian premium scissors do not have the smooth start/stop inertia of the finest Germans (these feel like they take more energy to start moving than to keep moving), but the cutting edge and temper is every bit the equal of the famed Germans costing 2-3x more (in fact this cutting edge may be superior to well-known German nose-specific scissors).
