It's really easy to use this equipment. It makes the job perfectly. I think that the foam band is not really useful, when you're pretty heavy (like me), you don't feel the difference when the foam band is present or not. Otherwise it's a good stuff regarding the price.

Definitely worth it. I've been having back issues for some time now, and this gives me relief. The different arches make a big difference in relief. Definitely recommend for minor back problems.

This product was very easy to adjust and use. I got this for my dad and he was able to use the lower level while I could use the highest. It feels odd at first but easily becomes relieving. The blue part is a bit difficult to get in place and could be fixed. Overall great product!

I am 180lbs and it buckles under my weight. Do not recommend.
