DON’T BUY THIS LASER! Defective product
I wish I could give zero start for this product. After putting the batteries in, and turned the switch, the laser was not lightning up!I spent one hour on the phone with Amazon trying to fix it and it didn’t work! There is no instructions on how to use or turn this thing on and I had to figure it out myself!Such a waste of time buying this product! The laser is very cheap quality That I would never trust to calibrate my rifle with it.

I cant zero my rifle even at 30 yards.
everytime i spin the laser boresighter to tighten into my barrel. I noticed the laser pointer also spins at the distance with huge gap. so when i shot my rifle it didn't hit the target, so i don't know if i was actually hitting the back stop. its kinda scary. be careful guys. you can still play with your cats with it, other than that. this laser is quite useless.

Works as intended
After reading reviews, and advice given by several reviewers, bore was sighted without any problems. Just make certain you have the bore sighter centered in the bore. Trip to the range, and 3 shots(50 yards, 22 LR) later confirmed to me I had made a good purchase. Did find the off, and on switch tempmental, that's why the 4 stars for easy to use.

Cat toy
Have tried it with multiple calibers. Was astonishingly bad. Impossible to keep it straight with the cheap spacers or whatever you would call the pieces that keep it in the barrel. I've seen pictures and videos that looked like those pieces were made differently than mine. Maybe they changed their design to save money. My cat enjoys it. So I got a $20 laser pointer for my cat. Would not recommend this for what it was intended for.

Excellent Bore Sighter
This is an excellent Bore Sighter for the affordable price point. Following the very easy instructions I had my 22 Cal Rifle bore sighted in just minutes. At the Shooting range with live ammunition I was 'on paper' with the first shot. Would buy again and recommend to friends and family.

Adjusting the scope was easiest ever.
I tried to upload photos, but it didn’t work.Laser alignment was perfect. I twisted the tool in the barrel, and the beam stayed on target. There are adjustment screws, just in case it gets off. Works very well. I don’t know how it could be any better.

Works as advertised.
The way it works is pretty straightforward. Only question I had was which way do the batteries (+ or -) but it may not matter as the laser came on as it should. But do take the batteries out of the plastic wrapper first, mine got stuck when I tried to push wrapper and batteries in.

Hard to get a grip on how it works, but effective once you do!
Right off the top, a couple tips........The batteries go in opposite of what you think. normally (here in the US) the spring in the case contacts the bottom. In this case the spring contacts the top of the battery stack. If it doesn't light up, reverses the stack.Two........once you attach the adapters to the shaft of the laser, test its fit in the barrel of the gun, pull it out, give the screw a 1/4 turn in, then retest the fit, pull it out again give it another 1/4 turn and repeat until you get a snug fit. If you go too far and the adapter wont fit into the barrel, squeeze the plastic adapter between your fingers as you back off the screw so that the adapter gets smaller as you turn the screw back. Find the perfect snug fit in the bore.Three......As you are moving the weapon around (sighting the scope and what not), constantly press the laser into the barrel to insure that the shoulder of the body of the laser is firmly seated in the mouth of the barrel.Follow these tips, and this cheap in bore laser sight should work well for you. As it has for me.As far as instructions go, this item does not include any......just an inventory sheet. (and, everything was there, lol)If you need instructions in order to operate an in bore laser to site your weapon, you should probably take your weapon to a gunsmith to have it sited anyway!..lol.All in all, I consider this little money well spent. As far as the warranty goes......I cant imagine fishing in China for a refund!I am pleased with the purchase and recommend it to anybody who needs to site their weapon.Your Homie...Tron

Cost is good - missing pieces though....
Missing some of the adaptor pieces.Costs savings is outweighing the hassle of returning. Instead I’ll leave feedback - buyer beware. Possible missing pieces may cost you a trip to the post office.
