It is crazy the amount of "stuff" on the pads when I took them off. I only used the one packet and did not feel any results but it seems to be doing something!

Interesting self care item
The first time I tried the pads was eye opening. Not sure how it works but leaving them on overnight was so easy and the pads were black when I removed them in the morning so I do believe it takes out the toxins in your body. The only problem for me is that the 10 pads, using 2 pads at a time for five applications is costly. Also on the package it says it’s recommended to do it five nights in a row, which is even more costly than spreading it out with a few days in between which is the way I would use them.
