Great camera
The Canon EOS R10 is an exceptional camera that delivers professional-quality results in a compact and lightweight design. The image quality is stunning, with vibrant colors and sharp details, thanks to its impressive 24.2MP sensor and advanced DIGIC X processor. The autofocus system is a game-changer, with fast and accurate subject tracking, making it perfect for action shots, wildlife, or any fast-moving subjects. The camera’s versatility is another big plus. It performs equally well for stills and video, offering 4K recording with minimal crop and smooth slow-motion options. The built-in features like creative filters and shooting modes make it easy to experiment and get creative, even for beginners. The ergonomic design and intuitive touchscreen interface make it a pleasure to use, and the electronic viewfinder is clear and responsive. The R10’s lightweight body makes it great for travel and outdoor photography, but it doesn’t compromise on durability or build quality. The battery life is decent, and the connectivity options, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, make transferring files and remote shooting incredibly convenient. Overall, the Canon EOS R10 is an excellent choice for photographers of all levels, offering high-end features at a reasonable price point. Whether you’re a hobbyist or looking to step up your photography game, this camera won’t disappoint.

Worth every penny
For background I am a beginner automotive photographer. I mainly do outdoor private shoots. I previously had the Cannon EOS R100 and while it was great to learn photography I quickly started hitting its limitations. I was looking at either the R50 or this R10 for my next upgrade. I think this was the best decision I made as far as purchasing a camera for automotive photography. Here is my pros and cons list: Pros: -Excellent ergonomics -Car subject detect for autofocus -Best autofocus I have ever used (I no longer use manual focus because it’s that good) -The build quality is much higher than that of the R100 or R50 -The flip out screen is amazing -Being the first of the “prosumer” Cameras I get much more control -The image quality with the same glass blows the R-100 out of the water -Lower ISO with the same exact conditions compared to the R-100 -There are now 3rd party RF lenses available from Sigma and Tamron -USB recharging Cons: -The battery life is shorter than what I would like but spares are cheap -No weather sealing Overall this camera is a great pic. I have no limitations in my automotive photography with this camera. It is also great for wildlife and portraits. If you are serious about photography I would skip both the R100 and R50 and go straight to this. This camera sits right in the sweep spot of price per performance. TLDR it’s an amazing camera most people unless you are a hardcore professional shooter will never be help back by this camera.

I should have purchased the R10 instead of the R50.
I am glad i bought this model. I originally debated on whether to purchase the R50 or the R10 as my travel camera. I usually shoot with a 7D, but the weight of the camera plus the lens made it heavy for long periods. I bought the R50, it was good and light, but the controls are very limited. I purchased the R10 and this was the right camera for me on the get go. It wasn't as heavy as I thought it would be. This is now my primary camera.

Great camera. Versatile
My wife's an aspiring photografer and she's very happy with the results with this camera. All her friends are amazed by the quality of her photos and always ask which camera she uses. Definitely recommend this one.

A great beginners camera
A great camera with a lot of features for the price. Focusing is amazing on this camera when used with an RF lens. Image quality is great. At this price point this is a winner. The build feels cheap compared to cameras like R6. That is to be expected given the price. So this is a great entry level APS-C camera and I would recommend it for any amature photographer.

EOS R10
Too small for my hands. Factory defaults could have been better. Picture quality no better than my 70D. It is nice and lightweight.

I love it, and I seriously recommend.
I’ve been using it for almost a year now and it’s great! Only complaint is the battery doesn’t last long. Other than that great camera.

This R10 has been one of my favorites. It's fast and simple. Use the fastest card. Still thinking Rebel T7... as this R10 was the first mirror-less I bought to replace the T7s. It's handling some bigger zooms quite well but with no IBS the lens should have the "S". unless everything is supported/stabilized. The price is a deal. Paired with SigmaEFs or CanonLs, no complaints. I'm Having Fun!

fantastic camera ! upgraded from canon 80d, the images are just the same, but it's very light and the faster shutter speeds will be great for sports etc. very happy !.
