Lots of high quality parts come with this for a very reasonable price. Been using it for a while and have had no issues with the spring stretching or any of the parts failing. Definitely worth it.

This will hold a ton of weight. I did sent it back only because it was over kill for what I needed.

This product is well-made with good materials and was pretty straightforward to install. I would change two things, so I hope the manufacturer sees this. The chain provided was too short for my purposes. Fortunately, I had some heavy duty chain to substitute with. The screws are long with a tight thread which is great but they are Phillips head which was problematic. If they had a square drive or a star drive (Torx for example) they would have been easier to install. I had to drill pilot holes and use all of my strength to keep from stripping them. .

Works great! I was super nervous about it holding but it’s worked great. I’m 5ft tall and about 140lbs. No issues and had lots of use

We hung a hammock chair with this hard wear. Easy to install. Works well.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Holds our outdoor hammock chair well. Would not recommend for anything that swings too much because there isn’t a whole lot of hook attaching it to the bracket. So far no rust issues and we’ve had it outdoors for about 6 months.
