Modern Copper Business Card Holder

I ordered the “Modern Brass Business Card Holder” for my new business, and the one delivered had some scratches and imperfections in the metal. I messaged the seller to let him know of the issue, and he responded quickly apologizing for the error and exclaimed that once the products are shipped to Amazon, they are then managed by the Amazon warehouse.The protective shield on the holder I received was missing, and the seller said that if it didn't arrive with the PVC shield, then it sounds like it must have been a return to Amazon FBA and re-shipped out. He shipped out a replacement to me the very next day, and made sure that the new holder had the PVC shield to protect the metal from scratches.The seller sent me an update upon shipping the replacement, and also included the USPS tracking number so that I could track my package. Additionally, he took the time to give me some instructions on how to care for the metal over time, to keep the brass looking clean.As for the business card holder itself; I absolutely love it. The brass is more of a brushed brass, not a reflective brass, which was just what I wanted. It’s modern and sleek design is perfect for highlighting my business cards, and it looks very posh. The business card holder is not at all “flashy,” but still beautiful enough that the holder itself won’t go un-noticed. I was also pleasantly surprised at how much it weighed — this thing is heavy and sturdy, not flimsy at all.If anyone else is interested in how to care for their brass business card holder, the instructions the seller gave me are as followed: “Once you remove the PVC coating, the brass will start its normal process of oxidation. Use Brass cleaner on it when you want to clean it up and restore the shininess.”I give 5/5 stars for both the product, and the seller.

Once you peel off the protective plastic, it leave a weird finish. Not a smooth clean finish and for the price, you would think it would be perfect.

The "stainless" steel has brown stains all over it. I would appreciate one without stains. Thanks!Kathleen
