I really like these. My chiropractor suggested getting a small lift for one heel because he felt that my leg lengths weren't quite the same. I used the smallest of the three of these and they are very comfortable. I really want to put one in my other shoe because if even the thinnest one feels as good as it does, I'm sure the others are great. Easy to use, good value and quality.

What drew me to these heel lifts were the layers. They come with 3 layers of rubber inserts so you can separate them in order to customize your fit. I have a pair of shoes that the back hits my ankle bone and these lifts were perfect. Now I can wear my shoes pain free.

The added height helped to balance my body stance because I use a leather covered fiberglass boot to support the ankle on my other foot.I could’ve used an additional 1/8” on the heel lift, hence my 4 star rating.

These lifts are exactly what I’ve needed. I like the feature of being able to peel off the layers.

I ordered 2. They do the job.

Great product

I wear a woman's size twelve. Large is too big. Medium is perfect for sandals, and small is perfect for sneakers/shoes. I wanted to try something before going to a foot specialist for a heel insert. This 1/2' insert is comfortable, and it healed my lower back and right hip pain immediately. I bought Velcro to keep them in place and to allow me to use one indeed on multiple shoes, at first. My only "tiny" complaint is that this is multilayered (3 layers) and they do come apart when wearing sandals. Superglue takes care of this. Yay!
