80 Mil Vinyl Tarp Roof Cover 80 oz. PVC - White/White (10' x 10')

Bought 2 different sizes/weights of these PVC roof covers and I am quite satisfied. My specific use was to cover outdoor dog kennels that are in the sun all day. The kennels come with a very thin black tarp roof that gets extremely hot in the direct sunlight. To solve the problem, I installed grommets every 24" along the edge of these new covers and zip tied them on top of the existing black roofs. The temps immediately went down about 30 degrees F. inside the kennel. The roof used to be very hot to the touch on the underside and now, no matter what the outside temp, the roof is cool to the touch.These covers are very heavy duty in both 50 & 80 mil. I found that 50 mil was more than adequate for my use and would not buy the 80 mil again as it is overkill for what I used it for. The grommets were easy to install with a hand grommet installer and hold very well in this tough material. Would definitely buy again.
