Astragalus is a traditional Chinese medicine used in China to enhance immunity. It is inconvenient to buy traditional Chinese medicine abroad, so I searched Amazon with the intention of giving it a try. I didn’t expect that I could buy it on Amazon, which surprised me. This can of Astragalus is very large in quantity and of very good quality. Thanks Amazon!

Traditional Chinese medicine, astragalus is considered a "qi tonic" with antiviral, antibacterial, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory properties. Arrives as chopped up dried root. I add to a pot with other ingredients and simmer to sip throughout the day, particularly if I feel illness coming on.

Easy way to receive the attributes of astalagus.Wish it wasn't packed in a plastic container.Too much plastic goes against my principles.Plan to switch brands due to this unfortunate packaging.

Nothing wrong

An open sealing product, flakes spilled out of open lid into the package. Obviously a returned and opened/used food product, but sold as new. Sarcastically, it says no return is ever allowed on this product.

This was a bit expensive for the amount you get. The roots are dried and sliced and very clean. over all, a nice product.
