Armstrong® Shine-Keeper® 32oz Floor Polish

Love this polish i have been using for years its long lasting

I bought this for my 1 year old OFF-WHITE no-wax floor, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I have a woodstove, and a very thin layer of ash would get into the pores, especially in high-traffic areas. This would require my need to damp-mop the floor daily and washing every 10 days with a steam cleaner, needless to say, exhausting. Before applying the wax, I deep cleaned the floor with a soft brush and a 1:1 mixture of ammonia and water to remove and deep ground in dirt, and then went over the entire floor with a steam cleaner. I then applied 2 coats of wax as per directions. The floor looked better than when it was new, and all the little pores were nicely sealed under the shine! This allowed me to only have to vaccuum daily-the thin ash layer stayed out of the floors ,and they stayed looking clean as if I had just washed them for 3 weeks, only needing to spot clean if something spilled. So now I steam clean every three weeks or so, and reapply the wax as needed. In 2 months, I have reapplied the wax only once, and only a thin coat was needed-maybe a little more in the high traffic areas. It does not appear to have builup as some other products do, but time will tell. It does dissolve fairly easily with ammonia and a soft brush. GREAT product, highly recommended!

I purchased flex nitro tiles for my garage floor. This product was recommended for the maintenance and care of the tiles. When the flooring starts to get light marks or water stains, I clean the floor and then finish it off with Armstrong. The results really bring out a nice shine and conceal any light scratches. I am happy with the results and will continue to use this to rejuvenate the garage flooring as needed.
