I received the plate as a gift. I’m still working on a routine. I have RLS and RA. So I use it for my legs and body pain. I normally use it in the evening before bed and put it on a higher speed just to vibrate my legs really well. It also seems to help with my other aches and pains. Love how it’s nice and sturdy. Suction cups to the floor.. very fun to use. Great for smaller spaces. Great Vibration Plate.

Game changer for better health. I thought I was going to be looking for a bed in a nursing home at only 66 years; my body was failing. I’m feeling better in many ways since using this plate. It’s appealing design and size fit well in my room. Is sturdy and powerful and is helping my body relax, reset, strengthen and move better.

Works great for stepping up the exercise routine and my wife likes and uses it daily. U-tube has some good 10 minute workouts that are easy to do. The remote control is easy to use and everything appears to be good quality and designed well.

Love this vibration plate. I just incorporated it into my fitness journey and I actually look forward to my workouts. I find a 10-15 min YouTube vibration plate routine and love every minute of it. I even use it as I fold laundry. It is so relaxing and helps me stay motivated to work out.

I like this. It is a good size, not too small. Seems sturdy and well made. Easy to use. Works well. Good speed and controls. I’m hoping it will provide the benefits claimed for circulation and overall health. If it does, it will be a good value for the money.

I love this thing. I've used an expensive high end one for years at my wellness center but for cost savings of going 3x a week, I bit the bullet & bought this. Even if it lasted a year, it's money well spent. Wish it didn't have the raised bumps on top. All that to say, what I've learned through the years is that viruses & pathogens hate change in the body (fever, movement/exercise, & certain frequencies). So I got this equally for maintaining good lymphatic detox health but also to help with old injuries of my body. I am a fit 115# 59 year old Grandma that likes staying active. This helps tremendously with moving the ju-ju :) through the body. As far as a short cut to working out or doing squats? There is no magic pill or machine. But it all works synergistically. Keep at this if you buy it. It is helping underneath down to your cellular level. The lymphatic system is sooooo stressed today. No dr will ever address it.

Love this vibration plate. I’m 62, have leg swelling, restless leg syndrome, and I work (sitting from home) all day. My whole body gets a work out, it jiggles and wiggles all over increasing circulation and blood flow. I use it 2-3 times a day, always right before bed after stretching. LOVE it!!

I have an esophagus condition in which only gravity moves my food. I got the idea that maybe the vibration would increase the motility in my esophagus and it does! I have to eat small meals, and it is uncomfortable at times, but when that happens, I just get on the vibrating plate and it goes away. There are so many other claimed benefits as well. I have it on my treadmill so that I can hold onto the treadmill and watch TV for 10 or 20 minutes three or four times a day. I have had it a year and it has allowed me to get more nutrition.

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.

Meine Lieblingseinstellung ist Programm 1. Sanft und doch stärkend, top zur Lymphdrainage. Vor dem Schlafen gehen eindach super, ich schlafe tatsächlich tiefer. Tolle Platte zu einem guten Preis. Ich nutze sie schon 14 Tage täglich und merke schon die ersten Erfolge im Rücken, er ist stabiler und weniger schmerzlos. Vielleicht kann ich mit dieser Platte einer OP aus dem Weg gehen, das wäre grandios!
