Q: I have always taken capsule form suppliments because of their better absorbability. Are these tablets as well absorbed as a capsul form?

Tablets and capsule are less than 40% absorbed by the body. I switched to Tropical Oasis Liquid vitamins and liquid minerals so you get the full 98% absorbed over tablets.
